YANG Wanli (1127-1206), Court Show by courtesy name and True One by literary name, a native of Jiangyou, born in Jishui, Jizhou (present-day Bantang Village, Huangqiao Town, Jishui County, Jiangxi Province). He was a famous poet and minister of the Southern Song dynasty. The poet and the other three: Lu You, You Mao and Fan Chengda have been known as “Four Great Poets of Resurgence” in the Southern Song dynasty.
